Golden Chicken Trades – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the copy trading and automation services provided under the name "Golden Chicken Trades" (hereafter, "GCT", "we", "us").

By accessing, registering for, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Nature of the Service (Important)

GCT provides software-based tools and automation that enable you to:

• Copy trades from one or more master trading accounts;
• Automate certain trading actions based on predefined strategies;
• Access and view performance metrics;
• Integrate with third-party platforms such as SocialTraderTools.

GCT does not provide:

• Investment advice;
• Portfolio management or asset management;
• Personalized recommendations.

You remain fully responsible for all decisions related to your trading activity and account setup.

3. Third-Party Technology and Brokers

GCT integrates with third-party software and platforms, including SocialTraderTools and various brokers using MetaTrader or similar. These services are not owned or controlled by GCT.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Your trading account is held with a broker of your choice;
• All deposits, withdrawals and account verification occur through your broker;
• Execution quality, slippage, spreads and technical issues are outside GCT’s control;
• Any malfunction or outage of third-party services is not GCT’s responsibility.

4. Eligibility

You confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• You have legal capacity to enter contracts;
• You are not prohibited by your jurisdiction from using such services;
• You act on your own behalf, not for a third party.

5. No Investment, Legal or Tax Advice

Nothing provided by GCT constitutes:

• Investment advice or recommendation;
• Tax, legal or accounting advice;
• Encouragement to trade any specific instrument.

You are solely responsible for consulting independent advisors before making financial decisions.

6. Risk Disclosure

Trading leveraged products (forex, CFDs, indices, commodities, crypto) carries a high risk of loss. By using our services, you acknowledge that:

• You may lose part or all of your investment;
• Past performance is not indicative of future results;
• No profit is guaranteed;
• Volatility, news events, liquidity conditions and slippage affect trading results;
• Technical issues may impact execution.

If you do not understand or accept these risks, you must not use our service.

7. User Responsibility and Control

You remain fully responsible for:

• Choosing which master account or strategy to follow;
• Setting lot sizes, risk factors and multipliers;
• Monitoring your own trades and account;
• Stopping or modifying copy trading at any time.

GCT has no control over your trading account and cannot intervene or manage funds.

8. License Fees and Dynamic Licensing Model

GCT charges software license fees for access to and use of its automation and copy trading tools. These fees are strictly licensing fees and are not profit-sharing, revenue sharing, or performance fees.

GCT does NOT:

• Manage trading accounts;
• Execute discretionary trades;
• Participate in trading profits or losses.

Dynamic Licensing

GCT may use a dynamic, usage-based license model. Under this model, fees vary based on predefined activation or usage thresholds.

You acknowledge that:

• Fees are calculated as software license fees only;
• Fees may refer to performance triggers for determining the license tier;
• This calculation does not constitute a profit split;
• You remain 100% owner of profits and losses in your account.

9. Performance and No Guarantee

Any performance statistics, historical data, charts or examples are for illustration only and do not guarantee future outcomes.

GCT does not guarantee:

• Profitability;
• Continuation of past performance;
• Stability of drawdown or risk levels;
• Achievement of profit targets.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the service for unlawful activity;
• Abuse, manipulate or interfere with the system;
• Reverse-engineer or copy proprietary strategies;
• Use the service to bypass broker restrictions.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, automation logic and tools belong to GCT or its licensors. You receive a non-transferable, limited-use license.

You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense the software.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GCT shall not be liable for:

• Trading losses;
• Lost profits or opportunities;
• Technical issues of brokers or third-party services;
• Delays, outages, slippage or execution errors;
• Any decision made based on GCT tools or content.

If GCT is nonetheless found liable, total liability is limited to the fees paid to GCT in the preceding 3 months.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GCT, its owners, partners and employees from any claims arising from your use of the service or your breach of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms or Services

GCT may update these Terms or modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service at any time. Your continued use indicates acceptance.

15. Data & Privacy

We collect and process certain personal data as part of providing our services. View our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (unless otherwise specified). You are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
